For April's walk we are heading out to The Bin Hill just outside Huntly of. Choose to do the short or long walk (Ferny Knowe Trail or Queen Tree Trail.) Both start with a short climb, then follow easy paths through the forest - the Queen Tree Trail adds on an extra loop. Do a sun dance, and bring a picnic as there are benches at the car park. The nearest toilets are a couple of miles down the road in Huntly. The Bin is about 2 miles / 3.2 km north of Huntly on the A96. The (free) car park is signposted on the right with a brown sign to Forest Walks. Meet 10.45am ready to go at 11am. Please note there are no poo bins, so we'll bring a bin bag to collect all our waste to dispose of. Using Sat Nav? AB54 4TS is the nearest postcode. For more info please see: http://scotland.forestry.gov.uk/visit/the-bin Please keep your hounds on leads and muzzle any reactive hounds. We look forward to seeing lots of you and your hounds there!
