I just want to say thank you for all the forum nonsense which has made me laugh so much over the dark winter months. These are some of my favourites which have made me laugh out loud!

1.Harry when he caught his rabbit and then had to go to sleep for 10 hours with his jammies on.
2.Harry's Noddy dollies.
3.Meg's "Uncle Lovat".
4.Poppy and Tara...everything they say and do.
5.Romy stealing the pork chop.
6.All memebers of the Sticky Up Ear Club.
7.All the multiple beds and toys!

and all the heartwarming things like:
Daisy's face
Twiggy's miracle rescue
Romy and Sally getting better
Wee Rab's forever home
Elsie and Rumba's forever homes

And all that's just since xmas!!:-) :-) :-)

Highlights for me are the great photos's - all beautiful, happy hounds, especially the photos from Seaton Park walks.
(wish I could post photo's but I have never figured it out yet!).

Yes, I like the photos too but when I try and post them they come out huge or tiny or not at all. Perhaps someone could post an 'Idiots guide to How to do Pics' please!

I use a programme you can download called VSO image resizer. You can download it from this link for free

[link=http://]http://www.vso-software.fr/products/image_resizer/[/link]

It reduces the size of the file to a size suitable for sending via email or the internet.

... wish I could post photo's but I have never figured it out yet!

Join up with any of the free image hosting sites.

I use PhotoBucket for stuff like this however, something like Flickr is probably a better option in the long-run.

Follow the instructions to upload your photos. Any of these sites will offer you the option to browse your drives and select the photo(s) your interested in.

When that's done, these sites will normally show you what the URL of the individual photo is. If it's not obvious, right click on the image, and click on 'properties'.

Copy the URL and then paste it into the post you're making but like this ...

... and hey presto! (hopefully)

Give it a go!

A word of advice if you're setting up an account with any one of these sites. Have a think about the most logical categories for your photos to be saved in. A wee bit of thought and discipline at the start will make life much easier in the future - otherwise you'll end up with one big jumbled folder and you'll spend ages looking for stuff.

Cheers,

Eric :-)

I forgot that it's possible to upload photos using the bottom button on the posting screen.

Webbie provided instructions here.

Test ...
