Pod is great, there’s no chance of you getting him back!!! He's been behaving a bit, but did wreck our living room door when he was left alone for an hour. We are working on that though, by leaving him on his own for increasing periods and eventually he should be alright. We took him to obedience class on Tuesday, so he's learning to sit, lie down and stay. He's not too bad, seems to be picking it up fine as long as you can keep his attention. We haven't taken him to our friends with a dog yet, although he did meet three tiny puppies at his class, the big wimp was scared of them and hid behind us. We will work on this with him too! He seems more than happy here, he sits for most of the day watching the sheep (they walk about 10 yards from our window) and when we walk him he's interested in the cows. He's quite good though as he doesn't chase them or bark. In fact he didn't even bother with the rabbits we have here. The farmers wife has an empty field which she says we can use, so he's been running about in there like a mad thing. He's far quicker than I thought he would be. I've sent some pictures of him as well, I'll probably make a little website where I can put all the pics of him on, when I get a little time. We'll be in touch soon. Bye for now Chris, Claire & Pod (woof-woof) |
